Stella Rooflight was born out of frustration at an industry which continues to tell its customers what they can have rather than listening to what they actually want. This is why we only ever make bespoke rooflights.
The business was established with a view to ironing out the common and persistent problems with metal conservation rooflights. As such, our commitment to our customers is to use the highest grade 316L stainless steel in every rooflight we make, to ensure that the issue of rust is a thing of the past.
Furthermore, we are committed to using the highest quality materials in every aspect of the manufacturing process so your rooflight will not only look and perform better than anything else out there, but will also last a lifetime.

Here at Stella we offer the best in British manufacturing. We design, manufacture and assemble all of our rooflights from our dedicated facility in Cornwall.
We source our materials locally, and work with a dedicated team of highly skilled engineers and craftspeople to push the boundaries of product design and manufacturing excellence.
In doing so, we can monitor every stage of the quality control process, and instantly address any issues that arise along way. This ensures that we keep our manufacturing lead times to a minimum while producing the highest products that meet the most stringent quality standards.

This might sound like a strange thing to say, but we do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to it. We don’t think that’s too much for people to expect!
Your journey with Stella will often start with a phone call, email or web chat. We won’t leave you waiting for weeks, days or even hours. Our response times are instant, and we work hard to turn quotes around in a matter of hours. We appreciate that our customers sometimes need quick answers out of the usual office hours and they are often pleasantly surprised to receive responses to questions during evening and weekends.
When it comes to production, because we manufacture in the UK, we can keep a tight control on every process of the production schedule. This is hugely important where customers are relying on us to deliver, often to very tightly choreographed building schedules, where other tradespeople are waiting on site.
Perfectly Packaged & Delivered
We want your rooflight to arrive in the same immaculate condition as it leaves our workshop. In order for this to happen, we build bespoke pallets unique to your rooflight order, designed for maximum protection and efficiency of delivery.
We do not use a Pallet Network, rather, we prefer to reply on our own network of trusted logistics partners and have access to a dedicated fleet of specialist vehicles depending on the requirements of each job. This gives both you and us the peace of mind that the delivery is given as much thought and care as the rest of the manufacturing process.

37 Tanner Row is situated in the Micklegate Ward of York city centre. The impressive five-storey, end-of-terrace red brick building is Grade II Listed and lies within a Conservation Area.
